Our mission is to follow Jesus Christ where the need is greatest, work with the poor and oppressed to promote human transformation, help make their voices heard, and empower them to challenge the structures that keep them in poverty.
Our vision is to see people freed from poverty, living transformed lives, and fulfilling their God-given potential. We pursue this vision through four key pillars: Education, Trainings, Skills & Empowerment, Women Empowerment, and Natural Resource Management.
As a Christian organization, our work is inspired by Christian values, but we serve people of all faiths and backgrounds without discrimination. We strive to be Christ-centered, compassionate, courageous, truthful, and servant-hearted in all we do.
We empower vulnerable children by providing access to safe, quality education from pre-primary to secondary levels. Through child sponsorship, we support education, healthcare, and essential needs. Additionally, we promote digital literacy to prepare children for the modern world.
This pillar focuses on empowering youth through Ready to Work initiatives in collaboration with vocational facing industry-relevant certifications and hands-on training. We also provide financial literacy and entrepreneurship programs to equip individuals with essential financial management and business skills.
We emphasize empowering women who are often financially excluded. Through saving groups, women in rural areas can save, lend, and invest together, fostering dignity, household resilience, and social cohesion. Additionally, we train women on nutrition-sensitive agriculture, enabling them to provide basic needs and build livelihoods, breaking cycles of poverty.
To combat climate change, we commit to projects that create green jobs and build resilience in vulnerable communities. Our campaigns target young people and children to promote awareness of climate issues. Together, we work to mitigate the impacts of climate change and foster sustainability.
